The owner of a senior apartment complex near Balcones Heights has proposed to add almost 200 additional units as part of a nearly $60 million renovation and expansion.
Prospera Housing and Community Services, in partnership with local group Versa Development LLC, plans to build 187 new apartments for seniors and older adults at 3500 Magic Drive and renovate the existing units at the property, called Country Club Village Apartments.
