CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The city of Corpus Christi now has new affordable housing units opening up on the city’s Southside.
A ribbon cutting ceremony was held today at The Village at Henderson Apartments that made it official.
The new development houses 88 affordable units.
To qualify, future residents are required to make 30% to 60% of the median income for the area.
