On October 1st, Prospera Property Management took over management of The Starling Apartments. This 90-unit property is located on the Northwest side of San Antonio near Northwest Vista College, Sea World, Alamo Ranch Parkway, Westover Hills and within the Northside Independent School District (NISD). “We are excited to increase our overall property management footprint in San Antonio while adding to the number of affordable homes available for low-income families in San Antonio.” states Jose Mascorro, Vice President of Property Management. Prospera began providing resident services programming to The Starling in early 2019.
