A playground is more than a playground. It’s a brain-expander, friend-maker, and muscle-builder. Housing and Community Services, Inc. emphasizes the importance of an active lifestyle. This new play space will help resident youth get the play they need to thrive.
Foresters, an international financial services provider, is proud to help create a lasting neighborhood legacy that promotes healthy play and well-being for the whole family. Since 2006, Foresters has invested over $10 million with KaBOOM! to build almost 120 playgrounds across the U.S. and Canada by the end of 2015. Over their 15 year lifespan, these playgrounds will provide more than 3 million children and their families with an opportunity to spend quality time together and enhance family well-being.
KaBOOM! works to bring balanced and active play into the daily lives of all children, particularly those growing up in poverty in America.
