Prospera Receives $6M Funding Award from US Treasury in Capital Magnet Fund Awards to Support Affordable Housing

We are pleased to announce that for the first time in its history, Prospera is a recipient of the FY2021 Capital Magnet Fund Award through the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund). Prospera will receive a $6M award, the largest funding support received to date. The funding opportunity will help Prospera to further its mission of providing the highest quality, service-enriched housing.
