Study Shows, High Value in PROSPERA and Superior Health Plan’s Revolutionary Collaboration to Address Social Determinants of Health Throughout South Texas

PROSPERA Housing Community Services affordable housing communities and Superior HealthPlan teamed up for a revolutionary collaboration to address social determinants of health throughout South Texas. The study, conducted by Episcopal Health Foundation, revealed, “PROSPERA community members had a 56% lower rate of emergency room and urgent care visits than the Superior Only group after implementation.”
