Superior HealthPlan & PROSPERA: Working Together to Transform Health in South Texas

Superior HealthPlan, the largest managed care organization in Texas, has recently embarked on a new partnership with PROSPERA, a nonprofit organization that offers safe, high-quality, affordable housing with support services. Together, the two are removing barriers to quality healthcare, nutritious food and so much more, including access – on site – to the UT Health San Antonio School of Nursing Mobile Health Unit as well as the San Antonio Food Bank’s Mobile Mercado. This video explores what can happen when organizations like these come together to make an impact on people’s lives and the communities in which they live.
