The following top ten Prospera properties and staff have been noted as being high-performing properties by exceeding the standards for property, operations and resident services. Tenth: Woodland Creek Apartments, Ninth: Meadow Park Village Apartments, Eighth: Nolan Terrace Apartments, Seventh: Laredo Manor Apartments, Sixth: LULAC West Park Apartments, Fifth: La Risa Apartments, Fourth: Renaissance Village Apartments, Third: Oak Manor Apartments, Second: Country Club Village Apartments, and First Place: Vista Verde Apartments.
Jose Mascorro, VP of Property Management, notes “Ensuring property staff continue to meet company expectations of high-quality housing is a challenge, especially with half of Prospera’s portfolio being over 30 years old. To recognize personnel doing well, each year we recognize our highest performing properties. The staff’s performance at these properties is assessed on eighteen different criteria ranging from financial performance and physical inspection scores to collaborative efforts between property management and services management staff. The Top 10 performing properties are acknowledged during our annual training event.”
Awards were also provided to staff for Outstanding Achievement and Service: for Operations, Natalie Cantu (Vista Verde Apartments); for Resident Services, Joseph Mack (Bavarian Manor Apartments); and for the Corporate Office, Patty Cortez (Receptionist).
