Southwestern Affordable Housing Management Association (SW-AHMA) provides an annual art contest in conjunction with National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) Education Foundation for youth residents (Kindergarten to 12th grade), senior residents, and residents with special needs to participate in nationwide. NAHMA anticipated more than 5,000 entries for this year’s contest. This year’s theme was “Sharing Our Stories: Learning from Others, Young and Old.” Prospera had winners from the following properties: Lexington Manor, Las Palmas Gardens, Seguin Manor Apartments, Oak Manor Apartments, La Risa Apartments, Woodland Creek Apartments, and Laredo Manor Apartments. Awards were presented at the SW-AHMA Conference in early October. Congratulations to all the properties and residents who had winning entries! Look for their winning entries in the upcoming 2020 SW-AHMA Calendar.
