Position Summary: The Treasury Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day treasury functions to meet the financial obligations of the organization. The primary responsibility is to understand, provide oversight and compliance with best practices in cash management, and ensure organizational policies and procedures are followed. The Treasury Manager may provide supervisory oversight to Accounts Payable processors and/or Treasury processors, monitoring work for adherence to policy and achievement of goals and objectives. The Treasury Manager is expected to plan and carry out work activities with minimal supervision, anticipates issues and works independently to resolve problems that arise.
- High School or GED diploma required.
College Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field OR combination of 6 years education and experience in the field.
- Previous experience with treasury management preferred.
- Proven working knowledge of affordable housing rules and regulations.
- Valid Class “C” Texas Driver’s License required.
